My name is Matt Smith and I’ve been a motor racing fan since the mid-1990s. 

My passion was started by religiously watching the highlights of British Superbikes and British Touring Cars on BBC Grandstand on a Saturday afternoon. Ever since, the great domestic championships that we have in the UK have been my main focus, although I’m avid follower of World Superbikes and MotoGP too.

Bikes are my main passion, and I suspect will become the main blog article focus here, but I love photographing cars as much as bikes so there will be plenty of coverage of trackside trips taking shots of both two-wheel and four-wheel machines.
